WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We are based in Sydney, Australia and ship all our items within 24 hours of purchase. We ship internationally to most countries. Lotus Skin Australia is not liable for any customs fees, taxes or duties payable. Please be aware of any charges that may apply are outside of our control. If you're not sure just let us know and we can check for you. All shipping rates are shown at checkout and exclude any fees and charges payable to your destination country.

We ship to China, Hong Kong SAR China, India, Israel, Japan, Lebanon, Malaysia, Russia (Moscow only), Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Egypt, Morocco, Brazil, New Zealand, Canada, United States and other countries coming soon! If we don't ship to your country please let us know and we can see if we can help.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

We ship every weekday from Sydney.

  • Expect to receive your goodies within 3-10 working days within Australia.
  • New Zealand- 10-20 working days.
  • China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Canada, United States- 21-28 working days.
  • Israel, Lebanon, Russia (Moscow only), Saudi Arabia, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Ukraine, Egypt, Morocco, Brazil- 25-30 working days.

These times may vary due to customs and COVID-19 regulations. All our shipments are fully tracked and insured.

CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

You will be provided with a shipment number within 24 hours of your order confirmation. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be updated before contacting us.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Due to the nature of our goods and for hygiene and safety we do not refund or exchange for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or broken please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to give you a replacement or credit. Please contact us.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER COMPLETING THE PURCHASE?

Your order will be packed within 24 hours after purchase. Therefore, if you wish to make a change or cancel your order completely, you need to let us know within this time frame. After that, we can't guarantee that we can change your order.

All our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free made only from natural Australian ingredients. We choose to use certified ingredients where possible, but we are not and don't claim to be certified organic.

HOW ARE YOU BEING SUSTAINABLE AND ECO-FRIENDLY?

Our bottles are made from recycled glass and our lids are made from recycled bamboo. Our packaging is recycled paper, which can be recycled again! The glass bottles can be refilled with our biodegradable refill packs.
